Um... last week, I lost three. I...I gained three... Um... last week, I lost three. I seem to be going like this... gain three/two, lose two/three... this has been cycling like this for about a month. <br /><br />The only thing that works for me is tracking. I know, it is a huge pain in the arse, but it really works. It makes me accountable for every morsel I put in my mouth... so that's my goal this week.
